PSALM DONATE NOW SWPA Calendar of Causes Page PSALM Pittsburgh Students Active In Lutheran Ministry A campus ministry for students at Pitt, CMU, Chatham and Carlow universities. Coming out of the Lutheran tradition but welcoming students of any faith tradition. Worship Sunday mornings we worship at 11 am. We are currently holding online worship from the Lutheran University Center. If you are signed up for our weekly email update, you will receive the ZOOM link to our service. We will also be streaming to YouTube. Sunday evenings at 8p, we pray the office of compline, a prayer service for the close of the day, with the Pittsburgh Compline Choir. This service will begin Sep 13, and will be streamed on Facebook Live. Fellowship We have a number of ways we get together for fellowship, but those will mostly be online this fall semester. Sign up for our weekly email update for the full schedule. SIgn up is at the bottom of this page! Other events are scheduled by students on a monthly basis. Service We regularly schedule time to get out into the community to serve others. In Martin Luther's words we seek to be "little Christs" to our neighbor. Our service is highly student led. Most often it is our students that bring a specific event to the group for us to join in with. PSALM Pittsburgh Students Active in Lutheran Ministry is the campus ministry overseen by the Council for Lutheran Campus Minstry in Greater Pittsburgh in partnership with the Southwestern Pennsylvavia Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA ). The campus ministry serves students at Pitt, CMU, Chatham and Carlow universities.
